Our workouts embrace the CrossFit model of constantly varied functional movements (like pushing, pulling, squatting, lifting, running) executed at high intensity. Every one of our workouts are scalable, which means that anyone can participate regardless of their current fitness level, using modifications in load and intensity.

CrossFit Lite is a "toned down" version of CrossFit with an emphasis on mobility, core strength, and cardiovascular endurance. This program has been designed to eliminate the use of barbell movements and instead focus on body weight exercises, kettlebell and dumbbell work. This class targets fundamentals, range of motion, midline stability and conditioning.
Our On-Ramp course is not required to attend CF Lite.
